FM Business Improvement Manager

Beach Baker is delighted to be working together with a Global professional services and consultancy firm in their search for a Facilities Improvement Manager. Our client provides Total FM solutions to a number for UK wide government contracts. Reporting to the FM Account Director you will establish and maintain processes for extracting data from Management Information systems, analysis and interpretation of the data, creation of reports and making recommendations for service improvements and / or costs savings

The successful candidate will have a proven history of analysing data, creating reports, establishing trends and producing recommendations for service improvements and cost savings.

You will also be able to demonstrate experience of delivery of Hard and Soft FM services preferably on multi-site, multi-client basis. Proven background in FM supply chain management is a must and you will ideally have held an FM position within a public-sector contract/environment.

Please note the successful candidate will be required to obtain Government security clearance.
