Facilities Manager required to assist with the day to day operational running of a small portfolio of properties. You will be responsible for providing Technical support (hard services), prepare contract expiry options and assist with the tender process and oversee minor project works.
The successful candidate will be immediately available with a strong total facilities management background. You will have proven experience in reviewing contracted services, preparing specifications and tender packages, ideally soft services.
