This global real estate agency has directed us to recruit for an Estates Manager developing a clients’ portfolio of commercial real estate. The role will include liaising with clients, landlords and FM’s as well as providing a first-class estate management service.
The successful candidate will have experience in commercial property and has shown a demonstrated track record of property management. MRICS is beneficial but not essential.
On offer is a salary between £35,000 and £40,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits along with excellent working environments.
