Estates Manager – Birmingham

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit an Estates Manager, who will manage a varied commercial portfolio in the Midlands.

The successful candidate will be focused on delivering the highest quality estates management service to one corporate client. Day to day work will involve dealing with all aspects of estate management, for the corporate occupier, client reporting and L&T liaison. Thus, strong communication skills and ability to work well client facing are essential.

Other responsibilities will include; Portfolio management, property inspections and utilising for asset management initiatives, landlord & tenant matters. The successful candidate will be expected to identify cross selling opportunities as well, when appropriate.

This is a real opportunity for a driven, proactive estate manager to further their career by working with a renowned corporate, managing their property portfolio effectively. It is anticipated the post holder will have their MRICS qualification, though this is not essential. Demonstrable experience of managing commercial portfolios, is essential, with a minimum of five years of this.

Remuneration is commensurate with the candidate’s experience and will include a car allowance and other company benefits.
