Estate Surveyor – Bristol (Client Side)

An interesting opportunity working in an Estates team in Bristol, has arisen, with a remit of managing the Lease/Freehold portfolio, on a national basis.

Reporting into the Estate Manager, you will be responsible for a real variety of Property management and L&T work including; Progressing lease renewals and lease regears, progressing value adding opportunities where they are identified, manage all applications for landlord’s consent and liaise with sub tenants. You will be playing an integral part of the management of the portfolio, using sound commercial judgements in the process.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 6 Months APC completed, up to 2 years post qualified experience, who is looking to widen their experience and implement their experience in an autonomous role.
