Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting for a client with a leading presence in the global real estate market. The role will be in the Estate Management team delivering to a range of clients based in Birmingham, including IBM, Centrica and EDF Energy amongst others.
You will be the initial point of contact for the client, landlords and suppliers with regards to the site management as well as holding responsibility for a significant part of a client’s real estate portfolio.
The candidate will need to be educated to a degree level and be MRICS qualified whilst also having shown competency in the management of commercial assets.
The successful candidate will receive £30,000 – £35,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits, depending on experience.
