Estate Management Surveyor

An opportunity exists for a newly qualified chartered surveyor to work in a diverse estate management role within the rural team of a National Practice.

The successful candidate will be working predominantly on a growing rural and residential property portfolio of national significance as part of a small team dedicated to high profile operational clients.

You must be able to work independently and within a busy team. After an initial period of familiarisation with the work and client, the position offers the opportunity to lead on initiatives and deputise for the client manager.

This is an exciting role offering the opportunity for the successful candidate to take on challenging projects from acquisition to a successful letting within which you will advise on the most appropriate form of letting, refurbishment and return on investment for the client.

The successful candidate will be a qualified surveyor who deems themselves to have excellent communication skills and is well versed in looking at their role from numerous angles and thus being able to add true value.
