Director of Building Surveyor

This award winning Property Consultancy has a strong presence and reputation in the UK acting on behalf of landlords and tenants across high profile commercial property portfolios.

This is a Director role within the Building Consultancy division which will encompass Building Surveys, Contract administration, Project Management, Dilapidations, PPM Reporting, Party Wall matters and all other aspects of the Building Consultancy remit.

As the Director of Building Surveying you will be managing a mixed level team of professionals facilitating the support and development necessary for them to provide the high-quality level of service to clients this Consultancy prides themselves on. You will be managing the budgets and workload of the team ensuring all projects are completed on time and within the budget whilst maintaining client relationships.

This forward-thinking Property Consultancy are looking to bring someone on board who is ambitious, passionate and inspirational making them a fantastic leader within the organisation. You will need to be MRICS with a substantial level of experience of all building consultancy disciplines and a proven track record in people management.
