Development Manager – South Wales (Client Side)

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Development Manager, on behalf of a Developer in South Wales. They have a proven track record of successful development projects, with a UK wide client base.

You will be responsible for managing the full Development process from initial site find and acquisition, through to exchange of contract. You’ll also assist in securing planning permission, whilst supporting the wider development team in negotiating the sales/leasing if projects to completion. Clearly, due diligence will also form a key part of the role, for site acquisition, to identify and register risks.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will demonstrate good commercial awareness and a proven background in deal making and negotiations. You will have your MRICS qualification and an understanding of contract law and town and country planning. Demonstrable experience of property development, including the due diligence process is also essential.
