To become more efficient and due to regular, steady growth, our client, a renowned London based Developer that formerly outsourced Cost Management to Consultancies recently brought the discipline in-house with the introduction of an Associate Cost Manager to establish and grow the department.
The Developer is now looking to add to the team and bring on an Intermediate Cost Manager to work alongside the Associate on mostly high end residential and leisure projects across London. Experience within these sectors would be beneficial although our client will still consider those from other sectors is also open to whether the successful individual comes from a consultancy or contractor background. Ideally the individual will be MRICS or nearing becoming chartered. You will have managed and delivered your own schemes and have experience dealing with clients first hand.
