Construction Project Manager – consultancy – central Birmingham

Beach Baker are working in collaboration with a global multi-disciplinary consultancy, to recruit a Project Manager for their expanding team.

The Birmingham office is a major hub for the company, and so the successful candidate will be working within a busy environment on projects in multiple sectors. The firm are located within modern offices in the city centre and pride themselves on their development training and supportive office environment.

Once appointed, you will be managing projects between £1million – £100million (both at pre-and post-contract stages) and be able to build upon new and existing client relationships, whilst ensuring that projects are delivered to time, cost and quality targets.

The candidate will be degree-qualified (or have appropriate experience), with experience of managing multi-million pound projects. Good communication skills and being able to work both autonomously and within a team are of vital importance for this role.

Remuneration include a competitive salary + benefits, private medical care, life assurance, pension and 25 days annual leave (with the option of buying/selling another 5 days).
