Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting for a global real estate consultancy based in the South West who have years of experience working in a wide variety of property sectors. Due to expansion plans, the consultancy is looking to recruit a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to work across the South West, valuing a variety of commercial assets.

The candidate will be MRICS with a few years post-APC with plenty of experience and a sound understanding of working in a Professional Services department, valuing commercial assets for lending and other purposes.

The successful candidate will receive £30,000 – £35,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits, depending on experience.
