The firm operate a family feel environment and specialise in commercial services, including; Development, Agency and Professional work. Due to growth, they now have a requirement for a General Practice Surveyor, to be based in their renowned commercial services department.
The role will require an MRICS Surveyor to undertake a broad range of General Practice work, offering variety in the role and will include; Commercial Property Agency and lettings, Property Management of commercial assets and some Valuation work, as well and strategic advice. You will be reporting into one of the Directors, who can offer support when required, with clear career progression, also.
You will have the autonomy to manage clients, including corporates and private individuals and be expected to identify new business opportunities, as well as increase the portfolio of assets under management.
It is anticipated the successful candidate will be MRICS with sound commercial experience, perhaps in Property Management and/or Commercial Agency.
