A niche independent property consultancy is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to work out the offices either in Sussex or London.

As the Commercial Property Manager, the primary focus will be overseeing the management of investment portfolios. This will involve the following: –

• Regular inspections
• Set service charges for multi tenanted properties
• Liaise with all stakeholders (Contractors, Accounts, Facility Managers, Landlords, Tenants & Solicitors)
• Advise clients on asset enhancement schemes

In order to be considered you WILL: –

• A good understanding of Landlord & Tenant legislation
• Have overseen the management of multi tenanted buildings

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join an established growing independent property consultancy. This would suit someone commuting in to London daily and continue to work with established investors.
