Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to source for a Senior Commercial Agent in Somerset. The practice are a well-established firm of Chartered Surveyors, with a comprehensive network of offices, in the South West. They are also able to offer an extensive list of services to its client base, including; Residential sales and lettings, Development land and of course Commercial Agency.

The post holder will be based within the commercial team, which offers a whole host of commercial services from Property Management and Landlord & Tenant, to Valuation and Agency. Day to day you will be responsible for providing all aspects of agency advice to clients on purely commercial premises.

This exciting opportunity has arisen due to a restructure and as a result the firm require an ambitious Surveyor to continue furthering commercial agency arm of the business. You will be working closely with one of the Partners within the business, dealing with a variety of Agency work.

This opportunity will suit an MRICS agent, with ambitions to progress within the commercial agency market of the South West. Ambitious graduates, with a RICS accredited degree who are eager to further their careers, will also be considered.

On offer is a remuneration package, commensurate to the candidate’s experience.
