My client has a thriving and successful commercial agency team based from its Exeter office and this has enabled them to now look to recruit an additional commercial agent into the business.
As part of a thriving and vibrant region, your role will be commercial agency, including acquisition and disposal work and lettings, across a broad territory to include the thriving city of Exeter, across North/East Devon to Torquay. The work will therefore be varied and plentiful.
Candidates are welcomed from existing commercial agents or candidates with an understanding of transactional procedures and law who wish to carve a long and successful career in the exciting property sector.
