Commercial Agency Surveyor – South West

An interesting opportunity working in an Agency team in the South West, has arisen, with a remit of Acquiring and Disposing of commercial assets on behalf of a varied client base.

As an Agency Surveyor reporting into the Head of department, you will be responsible for all Agency, sales and lettings matters across a number of asset classes; retail, office, industrial and leisure. You will play an integral part of the commercial success of this firm, using sound commercial judgements to achieve this.

A fantastic opportunity for someone with post qualification experience who is looking to widen their experience and implement their current knowledge in an autonomous role with an organisation who have an established name within the South West. Surveyors with a wish to relocate to Cornwall will certainly be considered.
