Commercial Agency Surveyor – South Wales

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Commercial Agency Surveyor in South Wales, on behalf of a well-respected practice.

The firm has a well-established brand and provide a range of advice, including Residential and Commercial services across South Wales. The remit for this role is to offer commercial agency advice, in respect of; acquisitions, disposals and lettings to the existing client base within South Wales, but with the autonomy to grow this into Bristol and within the South West market. Existing client base includes; corporates, LA’s and a basket of private clients.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will have their MRICS qualification and have demonstrable experience within the Agency market, acquiring and disposing of commercial assets for at least two years.

Candidates looking to relocate to South Wales will also be considered. This is a good opportunity for any Agency Surveyors within South Wales, looking for more autonomy and the opportunity to work on a range of commercial asset classes.

On offer is remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
