(Client Side) Senior Development Surveyor – Gloucestershire

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit a Senior Development Surveyor, on behalf of a Property Company, in Gloucestershire.

This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced Development Surveyor, capable of sourcing and acquiring sites suitable for development as well as managing the complete process from site acquisition, through planning approval, feasibility and some freehold disposal. You will be part of a successful in-house team but will also take responsibility for managing external consultants; Agents and Planners alike, ensuring a smooth development process.

Projects will mainly involve land and properties for development or refurbishment as; office, retail, industrial, leisure and roadside.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will be MRICS, with demonstrable experience of commercial development and managing projects from inception, through to completion. Having a good contact base in South West is desirable but candidates relocating to the area will also be considered.
