Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Client-side – Epsom

Location: Epsom, Surrey

Salary: £70,000 – £75,000

Our client, an ambitious and leading Residential and Development company, are looking for a strong caliber Quantity Surveyor within their Epsom office. Due to continued to success they have become one of the most renowned independent practices of their kind and as a result are now looking to expand.

A truly unique opportunity, you will be joining an organisation that is well established in the market place with ambitions to deliver circa 1000 units per annum with aims of targeting schemes circa 800 units. Current projects include office to residential conversion projects and the new build of single units, the average build of which ranges in value from £2m – £5m with larger projects planned over the next 12 months,

As Quantity Surveyor you will report directly to the Director of Development. Your duties will include collating subcontract packages, appointing subcontractors under subcontract agreements DOM1 and 2 or letter. You will also be expected to liaise with the team regarding costs and funder draw downs. You will advise on forms of contracts with legal teams on contract addendums and provide maximum protection to the employer, previous experience of doing so is essential.

You will ideally be MRICS qualified and hold a RICS accredited degree.
