A well-known property company has recently instructed Beach Baker with a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Quantity Surveyor within their busy North West office. The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation. You will be joining a growing a highly successful team working on both refurbishment and larger scale redevelopment projects. The projects include minor works and schemes ranging in value up to £50M.
We are seeing candidates who have experience of working within a similar environment. Support will be given in order to enable you to become chartered.
You will have a Quantity Surveying degree (minimum 2:1), RICS accredited.
