CLIENT SIDE – Property Project Manager – 12 month FTC

An opportunity has arisen to join a leading transport and infrastructure group who has exclusively retained Beach Baker to appoint a Property Project Manager based in Swindon.

You will be responsible for managing projects up to the value of £15m through the full development cycle from inception through to completion in a timely, cost efficient manner and to excellent quality standards.

Skills, knowledge and experience:

• 10-years project management experience
• Experience of managing complex project budgets
• Educated to degree level or a professionally recognised qualification: chartered surveyor, engineer, architect, Prince 2 Practitioner or similar
