Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Property Management Surveyor, on behalf of a Developer, in Bristol.
The role is on a short-term contract basis and will involve the Management of a variety of commercial assets; Industrial, Offices and Mixed Use, across the South West region. Dealing with day to day property management issues, you’ll be working as part of small, dedicated team, reporting into the Director of Asset Management.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in-house, managing a varied Property Portfolio, identifying asset management initiatives, on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Developers.
You’ll need to be MRICS qualified and have some demonstrable property management and general practice experience.
