Beach Baker has been retained by a leading Landlord to recruit an all-round General Practice Surveyor. You will be involved in managing a diverse industrial portfolio with a multimillion pound rental income as well as carrying out rent reviews and lease renewals and general estate management duties. The majority of the portfolio is based in the Tees Valley however the remainder of the portfolio is spread across the UK
Desirable Attributes
RICS qualified or equivalent
Knowledge of property legislation and case law relating to property interests, both freehold and leasehold.
A proven track record in lease renewals and rent reviews
Knowledge of property legislation and case law relating to property valuation (including development appraisal) acquisition, management, development and disposal.
A high level of interpersonal and facilitation skills to influence and develop productive relationships both internally and externally.
Be able to present written and numerical information to a high standard
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
