The Developer operates across several sectors, however, their major focus is Real Estate; with a proven track record, spanning several years within a niche asset class. Having a developed portfolio and further sites under construction, it is an exciting time to be part of the business.
The successful candidate will act as a Development Manager, operating across the UK, identifying opportunities, negotiating on price and structure and seeing projects through to completion. You will be liaising with internal and external teams regularly, co-ordinating pre-construction development, ensuring the project(s) runs to programme, up until a smooth handover to the contractor.
It is anticipated the post-holder will have experience of the Residential and/or Student sector, with a detailed knowledge of property law. You will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst having your MRICS qualification is desirable, rather than essential.
