Due to team expansion this Building Surveying team is looking for a newly Chartered MRICS Building Surveyor to join their team. There is a broad range of property within the portfolio from retail, offices, industrial and general commercial which will give you diversity in this role ensuring no two days are the same. You will be working within a team of highly skilled professionals who will enable you to utilise your full potential whilst continually developing your skills.

You will need to have recently gained your MRICS status and be an ambitious person looking to take the next step of their career. Experience Building Surveying Commercial property both from a professional and project stand point is imperative in this role as you will be covering both aspects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessity as this is a client facing role where you will be nurturing and developing business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
