Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a respected multi-disciplinary property consultancy (RICS, ARMA, ARHM) who are seeking a Residential Block Manager (leasehold) for one of their regional offices.

With an internal risk management team and head office based finance staff, from a local property management team of 6, the office is a high quality, client service driven unit. It manages a portfolio of circa 3000 homes including purpose built flats, estates with freehold houses and conversions covering Warwickshire and Western Oxfordshire areas within the M5/M42/M40 accessible catchment.

Reporting to the regional manager, you will manage circa 1200 units across about 30 developments to include the full range of budgeting and maintenance, assessment and insurance related duties.

Based in lovely part of the South Midlands, our client will look at a range of experience warranting a salary of between £23,000 and £33,000 plus car allowance, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and a team feel. Offering a preferable commute than heading into Birmingham, this should be an opportunity to attract and retain a career block manager for the long term.
