Associate or Senior Surveyor – Building Consultancy

Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by a leading independent, global real estate consultancy offering an excellent opportunity for an Associate or Senior Surveyor to join their busy Manchester office. This company have an exciting business plan to development their building consultancy services across the UK, and they see the North West as a key region for growth, and are looking for a dynamic individual to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will:

• Be part of small and successful Building Consultancy department
• Have strong client relationships and be able to generate new work
• Have experience of working with major funds, developers, landlords and commercial property occupiers
• Provide a broad range of professional and project management services

This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to establish themselves in the local market by working for an award winning practice. They will be joining a growing national team of Building Surveyors and Project Managers and relocating candidates will be strongly considered.

The team provides the full range of Building Surveying services, from surveys of a single asset to portfolios, dilapidations, project monitoring, management and contract administration, insurance RCAs, design and specification writing for internal and external projects, PMPs, party wall, principle designer, measured surveys and schedules of condition and BREAAM related instructions.
