Associate or Senior Building Surveyor – New Department Start-Up

A well-known multidisciplinary practice with a fantastic reputation in the local market has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Building Surveyor within their successful office in Devon.

This company, established over 50 years’ ago, has recently secured a number new frameworks with institutional clients, and the successful candidate will be the main point of contact for building surveying services. You will also be responsible for a new business stream in the office by starting a building surveying department. The role will provide a lot of working autonomy and fantastic career progression opportunities as the department grows.

We are seeking a Building Surveyor with a broad range of capabilities including specification writing and contract administration. Working within an established national team, you will be responsible for your own instructions and assisting with the continued growth of the UK business.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS with around 2+ years PQE, however non-chartered candidates relevant experience will be considered.
