Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting a highly regarded and well-established private practice to join its successful team in this expansion role to be based from the Kent office.
The lead partners in this practice are well renowned in their respective areas of expertise and, due to the long standing relationships with many local land owners and corporate clients, is now looking to expand its team and attract an experienced and qualified MRICS surveyor to join its friendly and hugely successful team.
You will assist the firms’ clients – both private and corporate – to maximise their rural assets through estate management, landlord and tenant, redevelopment and agency advice. You will be involved with strategic planning and development in addition to providing advice on tax structures, valuations etc.
Being a well-established practice, which has been based in the location for many years, ensures the team is able to provide the very best of advice to its local clients and neighbours. Working within a multi-disciplinary firm enables you to keep abreast of other sectors in the market and thus provide fully rounded and unrivalled advice to your clients in the Kent area.
This is an expansion role due to the continued success and strategic growth of the firm and the package will be tailored to attract the right individual to join the practice.
Candidates will be MRICS qualified and ideally 5 – 10 years’ current experience in a similar role, with a clean and current driving license. In addition, you will be very professional in appearance and manner and your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships and enjoy working as part of this friendly and successful team.
