This position requires an experienced site finder, able to identify and acquire development sites suitable for assisted living schemes. You will be required to operate around the M25 with your patch encompassing the Southern Home Counties including Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and the surrounding area.
You will be required to source, initially up to ten sites as part of a significant funding agreement that requires someone to start as soon as possible.
With finding already in place you will be able to undertake transactions within short time scales and will be responsible for undertaking associated due diligence on each.
The successful candidate will ideally have an enviable black book of contacts and a network on which you can rely to aid in the search for off market opportunities across the specified geographical location.
A home based position would be considered.
