The successful candidate will be based in the estates department reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, assisting on a range of high profile conservation repair and maintenance, commercial and regeneration projects. You will do this by working closely with in-house project managers and monitoring the work of the consultant quantity surveyors they appoint to ensure professional services and customer-focused service delivery is achieved.
You will have a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying with at least 12-month experience working for a consultancy or client-side organisation. Experience in historic buildings/conservation/heritage is not required but having an interest in this field is essential.
