Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £30,000 + (dependent on experience)
Our client, a leading construction and property construction firm, are looking for a strong caliber Assistant Quantity Surveyor within their Essex office. Due to continued to success they are now looking to expand within their Surveying team.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor your duties will include delivering cost planning and cost management services in relation to projects and in support of the surveying team. You will also be expected to assist in developing cost consultancy service line in the South East.
The successful candidate will ideally have building contract knowledge including JTC, experience in single and two stage tendering, cost consultancy experience in commercial and industrial sector. You will also have a strong experience of working on project values ranging from £30,000 to £3m.
