Our client is a well-established firm of surveyors based in the City of London who have in recent years added the QS / Cost Management discipline to the business after recruiting an impressive QS Partner to grow and develop this team.
The QS Partner we are working with is looking to add eager and client facing QS graduates to his team.
This is an opportunity to work in a truly client facing environment across the high end residential, mixed use, retail, commercial office sectors for private developers and funds and to be involved in the growth of a new department for a reputable firm.
Everyone within the firm is involved with client liaison, business development and growing their own network while delivering interesting schemes and working with / learning from other industry professionals. You will gain excellent pre and post contract experience.
This role would suit an individual who wants to progress quickly and be involved in more than just day to day quantity surveying but rather become a well-rounded QS and business person.
Unlike most QS practices, graduates and assistants are also eligible to receive bonuses of up to 20% when they exceed their (very realistic) targets. All in all, you will be rewarded for your hard-work and dedication and will also have access to a second to none APC training plan.
