Our client operates from several offices uk wide and the QS team in London is currently 3 strong headed up by a director.
Our client works across a variety of sectors including historic buildings, leisure, commercial office, retail, residential, industrial and public attractions among others.
The QS Director is looking to grow the QS / cost management function and appoint an assistant and intermediate QS’s to work across a variety of projects and deal with clients. The individuals will have autonomy, be client facing and eager to help the department grow. It is a small team so everyone does a bit of everything rather than solely delivery. Our client would suit someone who enjoys a varied workload and would like to be involved in business development. Full APC trainign and support is offered and you do not have to be MRICS to apply.
