Beach Baker is delighted to be working with the UK’s largest commercial property company in its search for an Assistant Facilities/Operations Manager.
The role will be based at one of London’s most iconic buildings and will be supporting the FM and General Manager in the day to day operational running of the site. This will include tenant liaison and contractor management.
The successful candidate will have a strong customer service background with a passion for delivering service excellence. You will have previous experience in management cleaning, M&E, security and reactive maintenance contractors. You will be a confident and sociable character with the ability to build rapport quickly.
