Asset Manager – Bristol

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit an Asset Manager on behalf of a Public Sector organisation, in Bristol.

This is a newly created role due to an increase in workload and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a mixed-use property portfolio, valued at over £3bn, meets the organisations strategic objectives.

The role will involve the identification of Asset Management opportunities on the existing portfolio including; refurbishments, redevelopments and disposals. You’ll also be managing the existing portfolio, ensuring that its value and income is maximised, whilst providing L&T advice to the wider business, making recommendations and delivering outcomes, including acquisitions and disposals.

You will be MRICS qualified with an evident track record in identifying Asset Management initiatives and pro-actively managing mixed-use portfolios.
