AD Building Surveyor/PM – new office start up – Birmingham

Beach Baker are seeking a commercial Building Surveyor with project management experience who would like to work for a growing consultancy. The vacancy has arisen due to a new client who are based in the Midlands, and so the firm are using this as an opportunity to increase their presence and enable them to become a leading company with a strong client base.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity for an equity share in the firm through joining the Birmingham office and their immediate responsibilities will be to service the needs of the newly retained client.
