Acquisition Surveyor – Cardiff or Bristol

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit for an Acquisition Surveyor/Site Finder, on behalf of an operator of niche assets. The operator has recently been bought by the largest company within its niche sector and as a result are well backed to acquire new sites to complement its existing portfolio, across the UK.

You will be based in either Bristol or Cardiff, (depending on location). Your remit will be to find/acquire new sites, suitable for the operator’s requirements. These may be sites, suitable for re-development or existing assets which require refurbishments, though they will always need to be situated in suitable locations, with good demographics.

It is anticipated the suitable individual will be target/KPI driven, ideally with some experience of commercial property. A RICS accredited degree, and/or experience of acquiring commercial assets within the South West/South Wales.
