Print firm takes Jenson Court unit

A commercial print firm has taken space on the latest development on Frome’s popular Commerce Park.

Frome Printworks has agreed a six-year lease on Unit J1 at Jenson Court in a deal brokered by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.

Quoting rent for the 1,500 sq ft premises, including first floor space, was £9,250 per annum.

Myddelton & Major Surveyor Gary Mead said: “Frome Printworks is a high quality digital printing company specialising in design, print and fulfilment.

“The company offers an extensive portfolio of services, including digital printing, large format print, signage, personalised direct mail and web-site design.”

“When Managing Director Sean Stone was seeking new premises I was pleased to suggest Jenson Court as the ideal location.”

Jenson Court – the latest development at popular and growing Commerce Park – is strategically-located park and offers high specification industrial/warehouse units.

It is located on the Frome bypass, midway between the M4, M5 and A303 corridors close to the junction of the A36 and A361.

Frome is situated in a strategic location on the Somerset/Wiltshire border with excellent road and rail access to major networks.

It is approximately 14 miles south of Bath and 13 miles from the A303 and is situated on the A361 (Frome by-pass), approximately two miles south of the A36/A361 junction.

Other established businesses at Commerce Park include Screwfix, Storagebase, Cox & Cox and Euro Car Parts. Facilities include a Premier Inn Hotel and Public House. There is also a petrol filling station with convenience store.
