Freeth Cartwright strengthens Leicester team with double hire

Satpaul Dard, a former partner at Shoosmiths, has joined Freeth Cartwright’s real estate team. Satpaul’s appointment will add to the firm’s  existing enviable reputation for providing full service real estate advice to retailers, property occupiers, international and national investors and property institutions.

Satpaul has considerable experience in large scale acquisition, disposal and portfolio management programmes for both occupiers and investors with a proven history in adding and extracting maximum value for his clients.

Joining Freeth Cartwright’s Leicester employment team is assistant solicitor Jodie Clarke.  Jodie joined from Spearing Waite, having trained and qualified with the firm two years ago.

Jodie has experience in all aspects of employment work, including drafting and advising on employment contracts and handbooks, disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals and post-termination disputes.
