Welsh company’s system flies-the-flag for sustainable building methods

MIB Framespace Structures, which has a 28,000sq.ft. manufacturing unit in Blaina and offices in Cardiff and Cheshire, have negotiated a large housing deal in Qatar.

The Middle East nation which recently clinched the 2020 Football World Cup has entered into a joint venture with MIB to build homes for key workers engaged in the huge civil engineering programme that will now result.

As a result a new purpose built factory will be commissioned in Qatar under the supervision of MIB Framespace design, manufacturing and installation specialists.

The sustainable nature of the system is well illustrated by the second picture which shows the dismantled showhome being re-used to add a penthouse to the top of an existing Villa.

Colin McKenzie told us “ With such great emphasis these days on sustainable, thermally and accoustically efficient building methods, the Framespace Structures product ticks all the boxes for our clients”.
