LSH invests in new talent at the double

The Northampton office of national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has invested in new talent with the appointment of two graduate surveyors.

Tom Blason joins LSH as a graduate building surveyor, joining the 20-strong building consultancy team led by head of office Dudley Cross.

Whilst attending Wellingborough School, Tom carried out work experience with local firms of chartered surveyors. After his work experience he decided to pursue a career within commercial property and this year graduated from the University of Reading with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying.

Tom secured a summer internship with LSH last summer and was subsequently invited to join the team. He has now enrolled on to the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) pathway to gain his accreditation with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is keen to improve LSH’s connections within local markets.

Tom is joined at LSH by Tim Bell, who has been appointed graduate agency surveyor. He has joined LSH from a local firm of commercial surveyors and is looking forward to completing his APC.

Working within the office and industrial agency team, he will build on his experience of commercial property markets within Northamptonshire and the East Midlands. Tim’s experience includes advising clients on Landlord and Tenant issues, such as rent review and lease renewals, as well as property valuation and business rates.

Welcoming the two new recruits, Dudley said: “It’s great to be able to invest in new talent and I’m delighted that Tom and Tim have joined the team at LSH in Northampton. I’m sure they will both go on to complete their APCs and will enjoy long and successful careers in commercial property.”
