Wells McFarlane expands commercial property management portfolio into Oxfordshire

Leicestershire based commercial property agent Wells McFarlane has expanded its portfolio of managed property into the Cotswolds with the management of the new Trinity Retail Park on London Road, Chipping Norton. National retail brands Costa Coffee, M&S, Mountain Warehouse and Pets Corner have all secured units within the 15,000 sq ft park that is set to open in January 2019.

Andrew McFarlane, director at Wells McFarlane, said “we’re delighted to add Trinity Retail Park to our expanding portfolio of commercial property.

“Chipping Norton is an ideal location for a retail development of this kind with plenty of passing footfall, an active local tourism scene and excellent road links to nearby Oxford and Banbury.

Acting on behalf of the landlord we were able to advise on all aspects of the property usage to maximise its full potential.”
