Key new appointment to Asset Management Solutions provider

A Barry-based Asset Management Solutions provider has expanded its team as part of its progressive growth plans.

REAMS, Real Estate Asset Management Solutions, has appointed Garth Chivell, 30, originally from South Africa, as Senior Project Manager.

In his new position, Mr Chivell will be responsible for contract management as well as commission reporting, which will involve setting asset management solutions budgets and projects for a variety of B2B and business to consumer clients.

He will also be responsible for reviewing life cycle asset surveys and advising clients on how to efficiently manage their dilapidated assets.

Founded in 2007 and headed by Managing Director Alistair Clements, REAMS provides asset management and condition surveys to large facilities management providers. The aim of asset solutions is to help reduce cost, ensure compliance, prolong asset life and increase building availability for businesses. REAMS’ client base includes a host of national contracts and projects, including its recent appointment as preferred estate asset management supplier to MITIE, a strategic outsourcing and energy services company.

Having worked in facilities management for a number of years, Mr Chivell brings with him a wealth of expertise and experience which he will use to help drive efficiency and achieve the progressive growth plans for the business. As part of the growth plans, Mr Chivell will also be involved in business development across the UK.
