Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have completed an off-market deal to sell the offices of a groundbreaking Nottingham manufacturing firm.
Acting on behalf of the Kasca Trust, NG Chartered Surveyors have sold 1-3 Genesis Park to private pension fund clients of FHP.
The 7,500 sq ft properties are located on Midlands Close in Radford, Nottingham, and has been sold for an undisclosed sum.
Current tenants at the units are Promethean Particles, world leaders in design, development and manufacture of inorganic nanoparticle dispersion. The firm recently won the prestigious Medilink East Midlands Business Awards 2017.
