Avison Young has advised Demac Properties Ltd on the letting of 520 Europa Boulevard in Warrington to DX Network Connections.
The 44,506 sq ft (4,134 sq m) single-storey, detached production facility comprises 38,972 sq ft (3, 620 sq m) of warehouse space with 5,534 sq ft (513 sq m) of office space over ground and first floors. The tenant, advised by The Property Department, has taken the facility on a new 10-year lease.

520 Europa Boulevard is located within Gemini Business Park, one of the North West’s leading commercial locations with ease of access to the National Motorway Network within two miles of either Junction 8 or Junction 9 of the M62 motorway, giving immediate access to the rest of the National Motorway Network. The quoting rent was £5,75 per sq ft (£61.89 per sq m).
