The Manchester office of DTZ, part of UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL), acting on behalf of W Maher & Sons has agreed the letting of a 4.3 acre site, located in the heart of Trafford Park.
The site has been let to CHEP UK Ltd for a term of 10 years at a rent equating to approximately £40,000 per acre per annum.
CHEP is the global leader in pallet and container pooling services and will be using the site for pallet storage.
Alex Smylie of letting agents DTZ said: “We are delighted to dispose of one of the most high profile sites in Trafford Park. Despite challenging market conditions, this deal demonstrates there is still an appetite for prime product in one of the most sought after locations in the region.”
