TFT makes trio of grad appointments in Cardiff, Edinburgh and Manchester

Independent property and construction consultancy Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (TFT) has announced three graduate appointments to its teams in Cardiff, Edinburgh and Manchester.

David Bevan has joined TFT in Cardiff as Graduate Building Surveyor. He joins from Lambert Smith Hampton and obtained a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Westminster, London. He reports to Partner John Newton, who heads up TFT’s Cardiff business.

William Bliss joins TFT’s team in Edinburgh, which is led by Technical Partner Neil Wotherspoon. William is a Graduate Building Surveyor at TFT and previously worked for the City of Glasgow Council. He has a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University.

Kit Lu has joined TFT as Graduate Building Surveyor with the firm’s Manchester business, under the leadership of Partner Hugo Bradley. Kit recently completed an internship at Trident Building Consultancy Ltd and prior to this he obtained an MSc in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.
