ISG moves regional headquarters to Park House, Bristol

Zoe Price rejoins ISG's UK Construction West business as business development director

ISG has moved its Bristol headquarters to Park House. The global construction services business has taken a 10-year lease on the entire ground floor of this two-storey modern office building at the Parkway North Business Park, on the northern fringe of Bristol. Other tenants at the park include the MOD, Gleeds, Cunningham Lindsay and Handelsbanken.

The new office, will for the first time bring together the entire ISG Bristol team on a single floor, fostering closer working, knowledge sharing and enhancing efficiencies. Remaining in the Stoke Gifford area, but relocating to these modern facilities will also support ISG’s continued growth in the region. ISG is also further strengthening its senior team and welcomes back Zoe Price, who rejoins the company as business development director.

Rob Martin, ISG’s regional managing director for UK Construction West, comments: “Parkway North Business Park offers us a great location with easy access to the road networks. The move to these premises, and Zoe’s return to the business as development director, support our ambitious growth plans. We’re highly visible in the region, with major schemes at UWE Bristol and at One Redcliff Street – one of the tallest structures in the city. Our growth plans include expanding our retail construction business, which is currently working on projects for Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Lidl.”

ISG was represented by Savills in its move to Park House.
